This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Lo Hock Ling, Chairman of Yangzheng Primary School Advisory Committee (2000-2005). He was Council Member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore or ICPAS (1992-1993); Member of Board of Trustees of Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital (2008-to date); and President of Kong Chow Wui Koon, a Cantonese clan association. He founded Lo Hock Ling & Co., a public accounting and consulting firm in Singapore in 1983. He won the Active Senior Citizen Award in 2002. Title devised by Library staff.
