This 2010 photograph shows a Mak Yong performance by Kumpulan Seni Mak Yong Mantang Arang (Riau Islands) entitled Raja Bungsu Sakti. Incorporating elements of ritual, comedy, dance, song and music, Mak Yong is a dance drama form that originated in the 17th Century in Pattani. This act was part of the Singapore Night Festival 2010, organised by the National Museum. Title devised by Library staff.
