This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mrs. Pearleen Chan, Vice President (1988) and later President of the Singapore Computer Society from 1991-1992. She was Deputy General Manager of the National Computer Board (1982-1988); founder and General Manager (Mar 1988-1990) and later Managing Director of the Singapore Network Services Private Limited (1991-1999).
