This photograph shows a young girl dressed up in Nyonya kebaya and batik sarong at the Peranakan Festival on 10 December 2000 at the Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM) in Armenian Street. The girl is also wearing beaded high-heel sandals to match her Peranakan outfit.
