This is a head-and-shoulders portrait of Associate Professor Dr. Lee Soo Ann, Dean of the Faculty of Accountancy and Business Administration at National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1980. He joined University of Singapore in 1961 as an Assistant Lecturer, served as Master of the Raffles Hall (1973) and was promoted later to Professor in 1981. He was Member of the Board of Trustees (1970) and the Board of Directors (1980) of the NTUC Income; Member of the Board of Directors of the NTUC Comfort (1981); President (1979-1980) and later Honorary Vice President of the Boys' Brigade in Singapore (2010-to date); Member of the Employee's Panel of the Industrial Arbitration Court (1971); Chairman of the St. Luke's Hospital (1993-1998) and Presbyterian Welfare Services (1998); General Secretary of the Bible Society of Singapore (1990-2003); Area Board Member of United Bible Societies APTSOCAP (1991-2003); and Senior Fellow in Economics at the NUS (2000-to date). He was awarded the Public Service Medal in 1998. His wife, Dr. Lee Tsao Yuan, was Director of the Institute of Policies Studies (Mar 1997-Nov 2000). Title devised by Library staff.
