People and dogs at Light To Night festival 2021

"I was at the Night to Light Festival in 2021 when I saw the impromptu parade of dogs at the Padang, opposite the National Gallery. It was nice to be able to walk around and mingle with people again, and I guess the dogs were enjoying the extra dose of attention too!"--Contributed by Wee Ming Hann, Benny, as part of the "Documenting COVID-19 in Singapore" collection community call. This photograph shows people with pet dogs enjoying a night out at the Padang during phase 3 of re-opening. Eight dogs are sitting docilely in a row on the pavement, having their photo taken, while a few groups of people have gathered around them. Additional description by Library staff.
