This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Koh Choon Hui, Chairman of the Appeals Committee (1976-1978) and later Executive Committee of the Singapore Children's Society (1978-to date). He was National President of the Singapore Jaycees or Junior Chamber of Singapore (1968); Chairman of the Bartley Secondary School Advisory Committee (1979-Feb 2005); Vice President of the National Council of Social Service (1998-2000); Member of the Singapore Totalisator Board (2009); and Chairman and Managing Director of the Roche Singapore Private Limited (established in 1973). He was made a Justice of the Peace (1998), and conferred the Public Service Medal (1984), Public Service Star (1991) and the Public Service Star Bar (2001) for his outstanding contribution to the Society for more than ten over years.
