This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Richard Lim Kee Ming (林继民), Vice-President (1977-1986), President (1987-1988), Honorary President (1989-1994) and later Honorary Life President of Singapore Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan (1995-to date). He is Managing Director of Lim Teck Lee Group of Companies; Chairman of Singapore Anti-Tuberculosis Association (1969-1972); Vice-President (1965-1968), President (1979-1982) and later Honorary President of Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (1983-to date); Vice-President (1978-1982) and later President of Singapore Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (1982-1984); and President of Ngee Ann Kongsi (1991-1992, 1995-1996, 2001-2002, 2005-2006). He was awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) in 1995 and the Public Service Star (BBM) in 2004. His father, Mr. Lim Cher Meng (林子明), was the founder and Chairman of Lim Teck Lee Group of Companies.
