This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Dr. Lim Hwee Leng, Member of the Convalescent Home Standing Committee of the Singapore Children's Society from 1982 to 1997. She was awarded the Public Service Medal in 1986 and the Public Service Star for her outstanding contribution to the Society. She was a doctor attached to the St. Andrew’s Mission Hospital in 1965.
