This is a head-and-shoulder of Mr. Lee Peng Shu (李秉蘐), Honorary Secretary (1989-2001) and later Chairman of Sam Kiang Huay Kwan (三江会馆) (2003-2010), a clan association. He was Member of the Chinese High School/Hwa Chong Junior College Management Committee (1996).
