"We had an eye contact when I was trying to take the photo of these 2 kind souls. He gave a friendly smile and he waved back at me. This photograph shows two male workers with face masks during the phase 3 of re-opening. They are sitting at the side of a walkway. One of them is squatting with his back to a pillar while the other is sitting cross-legged on the edge of a flower bed. He can be seen smiling behind the face mask and waving to the photographer. There is a ladder and two large cans of paint in-between them. In the background on the right are some shops on the ground floor of a building. Additional description by Library staff.
