This is a view of the three-storey classroom block of Queenstown Primary School at Birkhall Road, off Margaret Drive in Queenstown Neighbourhood Two. The school was established in 1956. In January 1984, it merged with Birkhall Road School. In January 2002, it merged with Mei Chin Primary School (established in 1976) and Tanglin Primary School (established in 1964) to form the new Queenstown Primary School. The old school buildings were demolished and rebuilt at 310, Margaret Drive. Past principals of Queenstown Primary School include Mrs. Mary Goh (1957-1964); Mr. Avtar Singh (Dec 1964-1981); Mr. Adnan Abdullah (2000-Nov 2001); Madam Lim Ngern Boey (2002-2005); Mrs. Vathsala Ratnakumar (Dec 2005-2009); and Mrs. Grace Chua-Lee Lie Kian (李丽娟, Dec 2009-to date).
