This is a scale model of the proposed Vista Park, a condominium housing development project at South Buona Vista Road by Khong Guan Realty Private Limited. The realty company was acquired by Sim Lim Group of Companies in 1973. Vista Park is comprised of 209 units, 22 units of two and half storey split-level four-room townhouses, 48 units of four-storey studio flats, and 139 units of two-room apartments, housed in a total of eight blocks.
