This is a close-up of Mr. Mohamed Kassim Abdul Jabbar (d.2010), People's Action Party Member of Parliament for Radin Mas (1981 to 1984). He was President (January 1969 to June 1988), and Advisor of Union of Keppel Shipyard Employees of Singapore (July 1988 to August 1990); President of Pasir Panjang Indian Muslim Association (1990) and United Indian Muslim Assosciation (1990 to 2003).
