This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mrs. Lee Chin Koon nee Chua Jim Neo, an expert in nonya cooking and had published some recipes books. She passed away in August 1980. Her eldest son, Mr. Lee Kuan Yew, was Prime Minister of Singapore (1959-1990). Title devised by Library staff.
