This picture depicts the façade of the double-storey Man Fut Tong Old People's Home at 14E Richards Avenue. The Buddhist home for elderly female was founded by Venerable Ho Yuen Ho alias Shi Chin Yam (淨潤法師) of the Lin Chee Cheng Sia Temple in 1969. It was officially registered in 1980. It was relocated to a four-storey building at 20 Woodlands Street 82 and renamed as Man Fut Tong Nursing Home in January 2000. Title devised by Library staff.
