This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Cyril Felix Reincastle, the first Principal of School of Radiography at Singapore General Hospital (SGH), who served from October 1963 to 1968. He was Superintendent Radiographer of Department of Radiology (Diagnostic) at SGH (1963); and Secretary (1957-1958) and later President of Association of the Singapore Radiographers (1975).
