This is the three-storey classroom block of Bukit Merah North School at 100, Redhill Close. Inscribed on the side of the building is the name of the School. The school was founded on 10 January 1955 as "Bukit Merah North School 'C'", holding classes at Crescent Girls' School and then at Delta East School. It occupied the premises at Redhill Close in September 1956. In 1986, the school merged with Bukit Merah South School and Redhill School to form Bukit Merah Primary School. Past Principals of Bukit Merah North School include Miss Yeo Ah Soo (1955-1958); Mr. Chin Pak Kim (1964-1965); Mr. Woon Sui Cheong (1965-1966); Mrs. Wee Siew Chin (1966-1976); Mrs. Janice Baruch (1977-1980); Mr. R.S. Retnam (1981-1983); and Mr. Tay Liang Choon (1984-1985). Past Principals of Bukit Merah Primary School include Mrs. Fong Siew Yeng (1990-1992) and Mr. Chen Shao Chern (1994-1996).
