This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Ng Kah Ting, Honorary Adviser to the Public Utilities Board Daily Rated Employees' Union in 1985-1989. He was People's Action Party Member of Legislative Assembly and later Member of Parliament for Punggol from September 1963 to August 1991. He was conferred the Public Service Star (Bar) in 1990 National Day Awards. Title devised by Library staff.
