This is a half-length portrait of Lieutenant Colonel Lee Wai Mun, Commander of the 2nd Singapore Infantry Brigade or 2 SIB from August 1992-1994; succeeding Colonel Yeo Cheng Ann, who served from June 1991. He was Commanding Officer of the 1st Battalion Singapore Infantry Regiment or 1 SIR (1989); Assistant Chief of General Staff (Logistics)(1995); and Chief Executive Officer of the Automobile Association of Singapore (2007-to date).
