This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Reverend Ho Chee Sin, Bishop of the Methodist Church in Singapore from December 1984 to 1996; succeeding Reverend Kao Jih Chung, who served from 1976. He was Pastor of the Wesley Methodist Church Seremban (1967-1970) and the Faith Methodist Church (Jan 1977-Nov 1984); and President of the Trinity Annual Conference of the Methodist Church in Singapore (1984-1992). His wife, Madam Ooi Phaik Cheng is a teacher at Anglo-Chinese Secondary School. TItle devised by Library staff.
