This is a facade of the four-storey Kandang Kerbau Police Station next to Rochor Canal, at the corner of Serangoon Road and Bukit Timah Road. It was closed down when Toa Payoh Police Station was open on 1 March 1977, and demolished in 1978 to make way for the new Zhujiao Centre (later Tekka Centre) in 1981, a complex containing four blocks of high-rise Housing and Development Board residential flats, a food centre and a market.
