This is a photograph of Miss Chong Shin Yuet, winner of the President's Scholar Award in 1989. She was the Head Prefect and graduated from St. Margaret's Primary School in 1984. She also won the Prime Minister Book Prize Award in 1985. Title devised by Library staff.
