This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Dr. Phua Tan Tee, Vice-Chairman (Aug 1991-1995) and Chairman of Yishun Secondary School Advisory Committee (2006). He was Head of Non-Ionising Radiation Control, Centre for Radiation Protection, Health Sciences Authority (2001-2007); Director of Centre for Radiation Protection and Nuclear Science at National Environment Agency (Jul 2007-to date); Chairman of Nee Soon Central Community Centre Management Committee (2007); and Member of Sembawang Town Council (2001-2003).
