This is a view of Sultan Mosque (Masjid Sultan) facing Muscat Street in Kampong Glam area. It is the biggest mosque in Singapore, built between 1924 and 1928, and designed by Mr. Dennis Santry of Swan and MacLaren. Its features include two massive golden onion-shaped dome and four minarets of Saracenic architecture. On 14 March 1975, Preservation of Monuments Board gazetted it as a national monument.
