Half-length portrait of Miss Maryanne Raffles, a reproduction made through the courtesy of Jack Drake of Aviemore, Scotland, of the miniatures in the collection of Mrs. M. Rosdew Drake, her great-granddaughter. Maryanne, a sister of Sir Stamford Raffles, was married to Captain William Lawrence Flint (b.1791-1828), a Royal Navy officer and the first Master Attendant of Singapore (1820-1823), in Malacca on 2 May 1811.
