This is a panoramic view of Housing and Development Board flats, mostly ten-storey blocks, and Queenstown IV Market, bounded by Commonwealth Drive and Tanglin Halt Road in Queenstown Neighbourhood Four. In the foreground are houses at Woking Road in Wessex Estate. On the top left corner are three blocks of 16-storey HDB flats, blocks 81, 82 and 83, along Commonwealth Close in Queenstown Neighbourhood Three. In the centre background is the roundabout known as "Queen's Circus", joining Commonwealth Avenue to Queensway. Facing Queen's Circus is New Town Secondary School, Tanglin Primary School, Tanglin Technical School and Queensway Secondary School.
