This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Professor Brian Lee Chang Leng, Vice-President of Institution of Electrical Engineers, Singapore Centre (2000-2001). He was the founding Dean (1981-1996) and later Professorial Fellow of School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU); Director of International Relations Office, NTU (1996-2004); Chairman of Moulmein Citizens' Consultative Committee (1996), NTU Fund Raising Committee (1996-2001) and Tai Sin Group of Companies (Nov 2003-to date); and Member of Board of Management of People's Association (Apr 1987-1990).
