This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Richard Yong Kun Da, Chairman of the Singapore Goju-ryu Scout Karate-do Club (dissolved in 2001) in 1998. He was Vice-President of the River Valley Community Centre Management Committee and the Singapore Scout Association; Executive Chairman of the National Kidney Foundation (2000-Jul 2005).
