"River Hongbao 2019"--Contributed by Ong Kian Hui via the Singapore Memories website. This photograph shows a close-up view of a large, lit-up yellow and red dragon sculpture, at a Chinese New Year bazaar on the banks of the Singapore River. A crowd of people gathers in front of the dragon with some taking photographs. On the left are stalls which are part of the bazaar. The dragon is part of River Hongbao, a parade event of the 2019's Chinese New Year celebration. Description by Library staff.
