This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Lee Kim Hock, Officer Commanding of the ‘D’ Division at Queenstown Police Station in 1982-1985. He was Deputy Head of the Commercial Crime Division of the CID (1981); Vice Chairman of the Tiong Bahru Boys' Club (1985); and Director of the Police Academy (1987). Title devised by Library staff.
