Information About

This is a photograph of a two-storey building with second transition shophouse architectural style in Singapore. The second transition style dates from the late 1930s onwards. It combines both Asian and European architectural influences. In the photograph, the façade of the shophouse displays the simple classical moulding in the form of Corinthian columns and pilasters. The façade of the upper storey is divided into three bays, each filled by a full length window. A motor cycle is parked in front of the porch of the house, and the front of the motor car parked in front of the building can also be seen. Title devised by Library staff.
