This is a photograph of two ladies posing for the camera at MacRitchie Reservoir. Located off Lornie Road and completed in the late 1860s, it was the first water supply system implemented in Singapore. The MacRitchie Reservoir park was opened in 1967 and has become a popular spot for joggers and strollers. Photograph donated by Poon Lee Eng and displayed at the Heritage Roadshow 2008. HRS3_517.
