The billboard is produced by the Gay Yau Studio and features the cast of the earliest screened Russian film, "Romeo & Juliet' . The truck is placed near the steps to the entrance of the theatre. On a wall of the King's Theatre is also seen an advertisement for a Chinese film. The King's Theatre's opened on 24 May 1955, with air-conditioned halls, cinemascope facilities, a restaurant and bar, and side shops. It closed on 31 December 1982. No date of creation estimated.
