Contributed by Kenneth Koh, as part of the "Documenting COVID-19 in Singapore" collection community call. This photograph shows the entrance of Tsukada Nojo, a newly-opened Japanese restaurant in Thomson Plaza, currently closed to dine-in customers during the circuit breaker period. The restaurant's menu can be seen on a large board at the entrance along with congratulatory standing bouquets. Visible at one corner of the shop is a stack of overturned chairs.
