This is an elevated view of a part of the Ulu Pandan Sewage Treatment Works at Old Toh Tuck Road. The sewage treatment works is one of the six large sewage treatment works in Singapore with the other five located in Bedok, Seletar, Kranji, Kim Chuan and Jurong. In 2001, all the sewage treatment works were renamed "water reclamation plants". Title devised by Library staff.
