This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Lee Ngian Ker, Principal of Kim Seng Technical School from 1982 to 1987. He was First Deputy Principal (Curriculum) of Chinese High School (1988-1999). He was conferred the Efficiency Medal in 1980. Title devised by Library staff.
