“Three Eggs Spinach Soup_Yishun Park Hawker Centre On my mission to discover healthier options at Singapore's Hawker Centres, I came across 68 Spinach Soup & Fried Rice in Yishun Park Hawker Centre. True to its name, this stall specializes in spinach soup and fried rice, offering a variety of toppings for each dish. I decided to try the three eggs spinach soup, which cost me $6.70 and came with a side of rice. The soup was flavorful, but the standout element was the trio of eggs - chicken egg, salted duck egg, and century egg - which added richness and depth to the dish. My only critique is that I wished there were more eggs in the soup, but considering the rising cost of eggs, it was understandable. Overall, my experience at 68 Spinach Soup & Fried Rice was satisfying. I'm still unsure if this was really a healthier choice but it certainly beats fried food in the health department.”—Contributed by Huang Xinyi via the Singapore Memories website.
