View of Hai Sing Secondary School at 9, Pasir Ris Drive 6. The school was established as "Hai Sing Girls' High School" at Upper Serangoon Road by the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary Sisters in 1959. In 1981, it became an English-medium school. The school was renamed "Hai Sing High School" when it began to accept boys in January 1990. In March 1990, it was relocated to Pasir Ris Drive 6, and declared open on 11 July 1992. It was renamed "Hai Sing Catholic School" in 1999. Past principals include Sister Theresa Tsang (1959-1964); Sister Bernadette (Acting, 1965-1968); Maria Ng (1969-1982); Mrs. Angela Ow (1983-1987); Mrs. Lydia Wan (Jan 1988-1992); Mr. Sydney Tan (1993-1995); Mr. Adrian Codeiro (1995-1999); Mrs. Mary Koh (Jan 2000-2006); Mr. Surin Charles Leonard (Dec 2006-2010); and Mrs. Judina Chua-Cheong (Jun 2010-to date).
