This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Madam Phillips Hsu, Principal of Lee Kuo Chuan Primary School from 1987 to 1993. She was Principal of Pearl Bank School (1984); Assistant Secretary of Telok Ayer Hong Lim Green Community Centre Management Committee (2000); and Board Member of RSVP Singapore (2008-2010).
