This is the facade of the Nanyang Sacred Union (南洋圣教总会), which housed the Confucian Association and Temple at 251, River Valley Road. The building also once housed the office of Southseas Confucian Association or Nanyang K'ung Chiao Hui (新加坡南洋孔教会, Nanyang Confucian Association) before it was shifted to 329A, Changi Road.
