Pictured in this 1974 photograph is a general view of a row of traditional Peranakan-style terrace houses at Koon Seng Road (south side between Joo Chiat Road and Tembeling Road). Each of the houses has the trademark intricate motifs on the walls, fretwork fascia, transom windows, cornices with dentils, as well as decorative pilasters. Title devised by library staff.
