This is the front façade of the Foochow Methodist Church (卫理公会福灵堂设教) at 90 Race Course Road in Little India. It was also home of the 21st Singapore Company of the Boys' Brigade in 1964. The church was inaugurated in 1897. In 1936, Reverend Andrew K.T. Chen, acquired a compound house at Race Course Road. After renovations, the church was dedicated by Bishop Edwin F. Lee on 9 January 1938. Reverend Andrew Chen served as Pastor from 1931 to 1946. Title devised by Library staff.
