This 2009 photograph shows Shelter Home (also known as Kheng Chiu Loke Tin Kee Home), located at 70 Tampines Avenue 4. The Home was started in 1902 to look after aged, jobless and sick Hainanese migrants; it has since extended its services to all in the population. Title devised by Library staff.
