This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Tang Tuck Wah, Executive Director of the National Safety First Council of Singapore (1970-1976). He was President of the Singapore Table Tennis Association (1961) and the Singapore Amateur Judo Association (1970); Supervisor of the People's Association (1960-1962); Deputy President of the Singapore Amateur Cycling Association (1970); Vice President of the Singapore Amateur Boxing Association (1970) and the Singapore National Olympic Council (1973); and Member of the Automobile Association of Singapore (1982-1983).
