This is a half-length portrait of Mrs. Donald Sinclair nee Lu Yee Teh, Registrar of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore from 1984 to 1986. She was a teacher at Outram School (1954), lecturer at Teachers' Training College (1954); Deputy Registrar (1963-1974) and later Registrar of University of Singapore (1975-1982); Administrative Head of National University of Singapore; and General Manager of Singapore Symphonia Company (1986-1991). She was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 1980. Her father, Mr. S.C. Lu (Lu Shou Cheng), was Assistant Manager (1937-1949) and later Manager of the Singapore branch of Bank of China (1949-1965). Title devised by Library staff.
