This is a photograph of a cordoned off shoe section in a Robinson's Department Store during its closing down sale, held during phase 2 of re-opening. The retail sector was hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Within the cordoned off area can be seen opened or empty boxes of shoes placed haphazardly on tables and on the floors.
