This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Teo Chiang Long (张昌隆), Council Member (1987-1988), Vice President (1989-1990, 1993-1994, 1997-1998), President (1991-1992, 1995-1996) and later Life Honorary President of the Singapore Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan. He wass Chairman of the Singapura Finance and the See Hoy Chan; Council Member (1985), Vice President (1991-1998, 2001-2002, 2005-2006) and President (1999-2000, 2003-2004, 2007-2008) of the Ngee Ann Kongsi; Council Member (1987 to date) and Vice President (1993-1999) of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce; Deputy Chairman of the Singapore Chinese Ochestra (1996-2000); and Honorary President of the Kwantung Hui Kuan (1999 to date). His father, Mr. Teo Soo Chuan (张泗川), was former President of the Ngee Ann Kongsi; Vice President of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce; Vice President and President of the Singapore Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan. His grandfather, Mr. Teo Hang Sam (张汉三), was Vice Chairman (1961-1964) and later Honorary Chairman (1965-1966) of the Thong Chai Medical Institution; President (1959-1960) and later Vice President (1961-1964) of the Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan; and President of the Ngee Ann Kongsi (1963-1964).
