This is a photograph of a view of Engelmann Hall, a community hall at Trafalgar Home Leprosy Settlement in Yio Chu Kang. The Hall was built by Rotary Club of Singapore for those suffering from leprosy. It was declared open by Sir John Nicoll on 9 March 1953 and named after Mr. Konstantin Michael Engelmann, former President of Rotary Club of Singapore (1951-1952) and Managing Director of Malayan Wire Mesh and Fencing Company.
