This photograph shows the site plan and design proposal of the of the proposed Seletar Springs condominium at Gerald Drive, bounded by Jalan Woodbridge, Mugliston Park, and Sungei Punggol. It features the distribution of the different types of apartment units, from A to E, and the location of the swimming pools and tennis court. The design proposal explains the influence of the greenery and idyllic surrounding of the neighbourhood on the landscaping and water features of the condominium.
